Great location to explore Edinburgh from.Apartment clean and well equipped. Room was clean and comfortable. If there was one criticism it would be that the pillows were lumpy.

Just got back from 2 excellent days in edinburgh, apartment was in a great location as haymarket is lovely and within good walking distance to the centre.

We stayed her in the pentland 2 suite on ground floor, had 3 codes to entre building an your room which was emailed to us before we got there, there was no receptionistto great you, but the hotel was very clean smelt fresh, our room was lovely clean, small fromtroom with had a little sink fridge microwave in, an a tv, bedroom was lovely an spacious, an very clean, with fresh towels, bed was very comfy mattress was soft so struggles to sleep as I'm used to a former mattress,bathroom was clean with a shower which again was all clean, only issue was himself keeping was very loud which woke us up, an you can here the people next door, but apart from that it was very quite at night, 25 minutes walk from royal mile plenty of shops near by, was a very pleasant stay an would stay again an recommend

We were impressed the size of the suite, living area and bathroom very generous size. Spacious kitchen with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Linen good quality and bed and pillows very comfortable. Clean,well equipped but squeaky floorboards.Plenty of room for a couple.

Clean,comfortable bed and good shower. We struggled to eat breakfast on the low sofa and coffee table. The apartment would benefit from a drop down table and hidden stools (ikea) intermittent signal on television inviting room. However, the location was perfect.

Nice apartment with lots of space. Good location. Could use an upgrade of sofa bed as the matress was so thin, that you could feel the springs through. Also the cleaning could be better (the tooth mug was dirty, dirtin the cracks of the sofa, long hairs on the floors, in the duvet covers etc. Floor was so dirty, that socks would be black underneath after 10 minutes walking in the floors). Despite this we were fairly happy with our stay.

My daughter and I stayed here for an overnight and were really pleased with the apartment. Very clean and had everything you would need for a short stay and super close to all the amenities,and the area was quiet at night considering. We had a double room, which had a tv and was very comfortable and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen which was unfortunately not very comfortable but my daughter said it was fine for one night. Apart from the bed bed the only niggly issues were that the flat was very hot, but a fan located in the corridor soon sorted it. Also a warning about how many stairs there are, It wouldn't have mattered but a heads up would have prepared us for the climb. 💯 Would choose this apartment again but don't think we would be using that sofa bed.

Very responsive, was able to check our bags in early, easy acess, clean rooms, all facilities you could want. Very comfortable, and even quite for center of a city. Central place to stay, would stay again.

Size of the apartment was okay, was nice and clean and bed was comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Close to tram / bus stops so easy to get around.

Large living area with very clean bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and spacious. The climb up to the second floor could be difficult after a day walking but nothing too bad.

A very enjoyable weekend, with beautiful sunshine, friendly staff who allowed us to leave our bags in early on arrival, room was clean and a fan was very welcome, problem with hairdryer and microwave attended to efficiently....although there is work going on outside it didn't trouble us, on approaching the property there was a lot of litter etc outside which if tidied would enhance the lovely property....its a great location and we hope to stay with you again....thank you

Spacious, well equipped and excellent location for town.

A simple and convenient apartment as promised. Access via door codes that I needed to call for. I also called to arrange luggage storage in lobby before check in time. Both calls were answered promptly which is appreciated.

The room was great, cleaned and well appointed with ensuite and small kitchen area.The location was great, within walking distance from Grassmarkets, the Castle and Haymarket train station. My only complaint was the noise from the street and the other unit.I could hear conversations well into late night, after midnight. I could also hear the foot traffic along Torphichen Street at all hours which was to be expected I suppose as there was a pub on the corner. It was a bit unsettling as it sounded so near and as a single woman travelling alone I really didn’t sleep well, sorry.

Very nice accommodation and very well located for the west end of the city centre. Right near Haymarket train station too.Accommodation was well equipped and comfortable.We would recommend staying there.

This apartment is in a good location for events etc you have shops , bars and takeaways only fault I have about this property is you can't take a shower early in the morning as no hot water .

Couldn’t have asked for better service and accommodation.Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for one night.Fantastic communication from the minute I booked this apartment.When we arrived the apartment was immaculate and warm.The extras were much appreciated: shower gel in the en-suite and main bathroom.Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and even a chocolate mint left on the bed.Beds were very comfortable.Fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk from Haymarket train station.I would definitely recommend this place for a short weekend stay to a longer holiday.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations. It was very well appointed and nicely presented. It was warm and welcoming on arrival. The communications regarding entering the apartment were sent clearly and in a timely fashion. We all enjoyed staying at the Suites for a small break and are sure to use the facilities in future.

I had a very good stay at the Edinburgh City Suites. The rooms were warm, clean and the bed was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend as an affordable alternative to standard hotel rooms. Might be useful to know what floor you are going to be on as I had quite a lot of kit and I was on the top floor with no lift. I managed fine but a less able-bodied person may have struggled a bit. Ground floor and first floor rooms are also available.

Stayed 2 nights in November and other members of our group stayed in different hotels in close proximity. As it happens, this was by far the best room/hotel out of them all. Spotlessly clean, really good size and really close to the high street/ town centre. ( if you are travelling by train, get off at Haymarket rather than Edinburgh as it is literally 5 mins walk). The bathroom was lovely and the water was really hot with great pressure. Will definitely go back next year. Thanks.!

We had a very comfortable overnight stay at the Edinburgh City Suites, the suite had everything we required, it was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Although in the centre of Edinburgh, it was really quiet. It was close to all amenities and we enjoyed a night out at the Usher Hall and stroll around the castle. It was a 5 minute walk from Haymarket train station so really ideal location also. We would definitely recommend.

Lovely and clean big apartment good location but noisy late at night in the room abovebanging vibration on the ceiling creeking floorboards traffic noise very hard pillows couldn't sleep for £186 per night only left us 3 teabags and 4 small capsules of whole milk only enough for 2 cups if teawe had to buy a carton of semi skimmed milk and teas bags would have expected a it more anda choice of milk but the ones were friendly on the phone but never seen them in person checking Inwas easy would not return for the noise and not getting g much sleep

The suite was clean and comfortable. We used both the double and sofa bed. It was hot in the room and windows didn't open (as far as I could see) we only ly stayed 1 night so didn't really need to use the kitchen apart from a cup of tea. The double room had a mirror above the bed but it was difficult to do hair/make up in that. Maybe a little dresser with a mirror in the recess would be an option.

Fine well appointed apartment in a handy location for our various activities. Could do with another bedside table and a plug in the kitchen sink.

The appartment is right around the corner of the IECC and just 5-10 minutes away to the city center.The rooms are clean and in a good condition. Everything from check-in to check-out was easy and we had a lot of fun during our one-week-trip.The only one thing, that wasn't perfect.... we had only 4 chairs at the kitchen-counter, but we were 5 people. We took a chair from ohe of the bedrooms, but it was a little bit small. Oh, and there was no hook or something to hang up your jacket.You see, I'm complaining on a very high level.I recomment the Edinburgh City Suites to all small groups, who seek a nice and cheap place in a good location.

Our room was lovely , excellent shower , comfy bed , separate little living and kitchen area , perfect for a place to stay. 15 minute walk into the main part of Edinburgh. Would recommend.

After staying in multiple tiny roome we enjoyed a small apartment that offered beautiful rooms and allowed us to also stay in for the night and catch much needed rest.

Good place to stay when in Edinburgh for a few days. Only 5 minutes walk from Haymarket railway station and tram. Edinburgh castle and Royal Mile 25 minutes. Clean and well supplied with microwave and fridge. Very nice shower!

We were staying for a family graduation! This is our second time at these apartments! They are maintained to an excellent standard and are very clean! We find the location very handy and within easy walking distance from the tram! Check in is simple and efficient! A slightly later check out time would be greatly appreciated!

It was a good location to start our travels every day. It was close to the Haymarket train station and an easy walk to Princes Street.There are many good restaurants in the area and should we return, we will definitely stay there again.

Easy to reach and in short distance to the main attractions. Clean, quiet and spacious room. Well equipped with dishes and cuttlery. Only negative issue: we found some moths in the room, presumably living in the curtains.

It was very nice to stay at the Edinburgh City Suites. The room was realy big and we had a lot of place to reorganise our luggage. That was great.Despite the central location, it was very quiet at night.Haymarket, Prices Street, Grassmarket and the castle were all in walking distance, realy nice.If you are travelling by public transport it is a good place to stay at Edinburgh.

The property was beautiful located very conveniently close to the market and walking distance from Edinburgh Castle and Royal Mile. The host was kind enough to let me check in an hour early as I had a toddler and it was raining. The room was huge and had beautifully aesthetics . Loved the tall curtains and big glass windows. Everything was superb. Would be coming back again !

When you leave the building if you turn left then cross main Rd there is a regular bus service that takes you to city centre...

An extremely comfortable stay refreshed us for our tour of the city.Excellent shower and large bathroom, good tea making facilities and a luxurious bed in a large room. Very pleasant and helpful staff on reception, easy entry system and an overall 1st class experience. Highlu recommended if you want to be in the heart of the city, but with a restful and quiet room. Fabulous!

Two friends and I stayed here for 1 night as we were going to a concert at the O2 Academy. The location was great, 5 minutes away from Haymarket train station. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Great transports links to the rest of the city with access to trams and buses. The room was perfect. Plenty of space for 3 of us and would suit a family perfectly. It had everything you would need. Beds, wardrobes, kitchen, table tv, own private bathroom with shower. Beds are very comfortable. I will definitely visit again with my family.

Arrived and checking in was easy. Very helpful staff gave me the code to the main door and to my apartment. It had cameras and the lady could see me standing outside which made me feel safe. The apartment was lovely. It was on the ground floor and had a very well equipped kitchen, two sofas and a double bed. It had a shower over the bath and It was spotless. The location was perfect just of the hay market. I had a wonderful stay there and would certainly recommend and stay there again. Well done to the cleaning staff also 😀

This was a lovely place to stay and my choice of top floor apartment came with the added exercise but as the location was so close to the centre is was definitely manageable. I would certainly return and recommend to friends and family.

Lovely clean studio apartment withing easy walking distance of city centre (10 mins max). Easy to get code etc when we arrived and the apartment was spotless with everything we needed on hand. Only criticism's I would have was the led mirror wouldn't go off so was shining all night - didn't really really bother us but it was quite bright and could maybe provide more tea,coffee, sugar and milk sachets as we ran out. All in all I would recommend these apartments an will stay again

GET ACCESS CODES... before arriving.We had to stand outside in the cold for 30 minutes....no one answering the phone number "pinned", on a piece of paper on the door.We're only given access....by a couple staying in the same building....who had exactly the same entry problems as we had.Lucky they had managed to get a mobile contact....Still took time to get a call back. And entry codes. Not a good introduction.However.once resolved...we had a great stay.And would book these apartments again!!

Stayed here for 3nights in the deluxe family suite. Family with teenage children. Spacioua and clean with everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfy and had a good shower. 10mins walk from Princes Street. Nice restaurants and bars just around the corner from the apartment plus really close to Haymarket Station. Fridge did make abit of noise and you could hear traffic/trams but didn't really effect our stay. Would stay again.

The apartment was perfect exactly what we needed for our night away. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything was brilliant including location but only downside was trying to check in. Phoned and emailed to no reply.Eventually through another guest we were able to check in.

Room was clean and tidy but could do with a few changes. Pillows need replacing very hard and stained no where to plug in toaster only by kitchen sink on a extension cable, water and electric not good together. Then sets off fire alarm. Bathroom fan very loud. Maybe another worktop instead of wooden unit in kitchen would be more practical. Not that I watch to much 4 in a bed!! But a little more attention to detail would make for a perfect stay.

We stayed here last week for 2 night. Appartment was clean and had plenty room for the 2 of us. It is also very handy for the train with Haymarket station about 2 minutes walk.

After booking, saw some horrendous reviews and customer photos. Have to say i was more than pleased with the apt. Kitchen/living room very well equipped and overall enjoyed my stay. Will be back.Giving 4 stars as i never give full marks, even to Hiltons.

Not quite sure what was superior about this room and like others, I assumed the superior suit would have more than just a fridge with a microwave, toaster, and kettle sat on top, although there was a sink. Very basic toiletries, not as pictured and not exactly a range of coffee and teas. Living area had a sofa which was extremely worn and shabby, again hardly superior suit description.On the plus side, excellent location, quiet, I was on third floor, and very easy to access with door codes.

Enjoyed my stay at the Edinburgh Suites but the suite itself was probably a little to big. Would recommend for families visiting Edinburgh.I slept very well, some furniture is a little dated and please fix the shower it came flying off the shower head with the water pressure soaked wall, ceiling and floors was not a pleasant experience.Overall as described clean and handy for the city centre.

While I would stay at Edinburgh City Suites again there are a few improvements to be made. Our suite had a small kitchen, but no towels to dry dishes. We had to call for a hair dryer. When we went to use the dryer it would only stay on a a few minutes alas another call. On the last day not all of our bath towels were replaced

We found the suite very convenient for the city centre. The suite is compact but has all the facilities required.Our only negative comments are the bed was quite small and the check out time of 10am seemed too early. We were also left with hardly any toilet roll on arrival.

Comfortable, clean and modern apartment would stay again

A basement studio which was warm and welcoming and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Would recommend (have done already) and would stay there again !

Was quite sceptical as some reviews weren’t very good, however I really couldn’t fault it. It was within a 10 minute walk of princes st and restaurants etc, it was very clean, very comfortable, and very warm. We were able to leave our luggage when we first arrived and also when we left , which was a big help. If I had one little criticism, it was we couldn’t open a window for some fresh air, but that was probably a H&S issue as windows were huge! Thoroughly recommended.

These were very nice apartments.Our stay was very enjoyable and the apartments were just around the corner from where our party venue was so they were ideal.

This 2 bedroom was a good find .. great location, spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment within easy walking distance to all the sights Edinburgh has to offer!Definitely recommend.. bonus of washing machine & dryer for ppl like us travelling for a few weeks through UK/Ireland.

This property is exactly a mile from Edinburgh Waverley Station and an easy walk down Princes Street.Staff were welcoming on arrival and check in easy.Only negative point was our room was at the rear of the property overlooking the back door of a police station and needless to say it was noisey Saturday night with them coming and going - however no sirens were used so not all bad - just their heavy door opening and closing all the time.The walls are thin and we could hear everything the occupants in the next room said or did .The room was clean and tidy and the shower was excellent.A perfect base for exploring Edinburgh

Good location for Edinburgh Princes St, Entry via a sequence of door codes that you have to phone for. Our flat was good, but kitchen only really good for cups of T and microwave meals, this was in the details but not obvious from the photos. Two suggestions would be a cafatiere, I missed a decent breakfast coffee, and a better curtain to block the lights from the Police station at night.

The reception staff (Lady) was brilliant. She was helpful, friendly and welcoming. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was excellent location for shopping etc in central Edinburgh and walking distance for 5 & 7 year olds. The only slight complaint was the shower intermittently ran very hot then very cold which was annoying for myself when in it but not suitable for children as it would have burnt them. All in all I will definitely book again for next year.

We received a friendly warm welcome on a very chilly day. The apartment was spacious and clean. Well equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect for us (2 friends) as between Murrayfiled and town. We were able to drop our bags off to get the the game and also leave them the next day to explore the Christmas market which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend and book again

We had an excellent stay at Edinburgh City Suites. We arrived before check in as we had the rugby to go to and the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant and allowed us to leave our bags in our room while it was still being cleaned.The room was very comfortable and cosy. Kitchette was of good size with the essentials and comfortable sofa. There was a tv in both rooms which was also good.The only downside was the bedroom was a little bright at night due to parking/building lights at the back of the building but that cannot be helped.Would definitely stay here again.

A great little apartment at the top of this building for the 2 of us (we were in the superior suite) which was incredibly quiet considering its convenient location just a few minutes walk from the Haymarket train/tram/bus stop & within easy walk into city centre.The apartment itself was perfectly spacious enough for 2 (sofa in bedroom turned into 2nd bed leaving seating area in living room undisturbed), very clean and with a great shower.Checking in and out was easy and efficient with the member of staff friendly and helpful.Would definitely stay here again next time.

My partner and I stayed for one night here. The room was clean and had plenty little additions; toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery, hair dryer, iron as well as washing up equipment. The room also had a large fridge which we didn't need but was good to see this was available if needed. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet despite being quite close to the centre of the city. We had a pleasant stay and would have been happy to stay longer. We have no complaints regarding our stay, although it would have been nice to have more teas and coffees complimentary of the room (although I can understand the expectation of bringing your own considering the additional facilities within the room). All in all a nice stay and would definitely consider staying here again should we return to Edinburgh. The hotel is in walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for four nights. Lovely apartment, very high cleaning standards. Good bed and perfect facilities.

Lovely place for our stay in Edinburgh which we visited to see the Edinburgh Military Tattoo.

Visited for a 2 night stay to see Tattoo, we found the apartment easily with 5 minutes walk of Haymarket Train Station, about 20mins walk from the Castle/ Royal Mile. Check in was easy and the apartment was lovely. Open plan, large area for living, eating/kitchen and x2 double beds, separate bathroom with bath/shower toilet, plenty of room. The apartment was very impressive with high ceilings and original features that have been well maintained. Linen, towels, tea/coffee etc all provided. The apartment was very clean. Keys are not provided as there are keypads to all the doors and there are 3 doors to enter the building so don't forget your password card! We had a couple of issues- 1) previous guests wet towels hung on the back of the bathroom door- this was rectified as soon as we made staff aware and secondly we found the apartment stuffy at night- as the windows are old sash type they do not open and there is no air-conditioning (there is a heater for cold weather) suggest having a stand fan available to provide some air movement. Overall lovely apartments that are highly recommended and we would stay again.

Within walking distance of all Edinburghs main attractions, we arrived 14.55 on Monday afternoon room was ready and a young lady explained the do,s and donts, all went for an enjoyable and pleasant city break

We were large group looking for accommodation of a high standard Central to the city and we weren't disappointed. The rooms were all a good size and very well-equipped. It was clean tidy and very accessible to the city.We all commented on how impressed we were and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It is ideally located to walk from Haymarket station and to other central areas. The place itself was well kept and clean and had everything available I needed. I would note changing the towels as the ones I was given were fraying on the sides.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Minus points were: no instructions for use of oven, only one hairdryer, not two as per inventory. Wardrobe in front of door in one bedroom barred exit in emergency, seal on shower screen needs replacing, as it leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

Excellent location and cosy room with everything I needed for my trip. Staff at the Corstorphine were very pleasant and helpful when I needed something delivered to my suite ahead of my visit. Would definitely use this again.

Nice clean units with modern facilities. No parking on site but had booked parking about 1/2 mile away in Distillery Lane. It was inconvenient but really no problem. A reasonable walk to the Golden Mile area but it was nice.

We booked to see a show at the Usher Hall so the Edinburgh city suites was an ideal location for walking distance to the Usher Hall and Princess Street. Very easy to find the suites as a five minute walk from Haymarket station.The apartments very modern and spotlessly clean. We were surprised to see a selection of coffee and tea within the suite.I will definitely be back again to stay here next time we are in Edinburgh.I would recommend for anyone to stay here

What a prime spot to stay... No need for taxi when going in for dinner... even with 6 inch heels!! Location was absolutely perfect. As we arrived later in the evening a quick phone call gave us immediate access and the lovely girl on the desk was friendly and extremely helpful...especially as I nearly left without my dress which I had left in the wardrobe! Cleanliness in the apartment was 10 out of 10 and it had everything we required. Fabulous elegant building with high ceilings. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Stayed for 4 nights on business - location was good, with restaurants, shops, conf centre within easy walking distance. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Would stay again.

Booked late, usually use hotels however went for the apartment route this time. Great value for money and extra space was useful. Clean and tidy.

Amazing apartment couldn't ask for anything more for stay. Friendly staff and Robert was helpful at all times. Great weekend away and I will stay again without a doubt next time we are in the city. All ammenaties there such as iron and hair dryer.

My friend and I had a lovely time at the hotel. Everything was very clean. The girl at the reception was very friendly! Perfect for a short stay (wouldn't recommend a long stay because you can't cook in the kitchenette, there's only a microwave). Close to city centre. If you park at Hermiston park and ride (free), you only have to pay £1,50 for the bus to the city centre (20min drive).

I recommend booking these suites if you're going to Edinburgh.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Able to get into the room much earlier than expected. Comfortable, warm room. Really handy for Haymarket/Princes St. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in the Caledonia suite, Strachan House.Very impressed.The place was immaculate, nice area, local amenities almost on the doorstep (food/tram/bus etc).Recommended

We have had several nights stay in these beautiful apartments which are in a fantastic position and have been decorated with lovely furnishings.Our stay was made all the more special by Diego who went out of his way to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble - he was friendly and helpful. We would love to come back and stay again!

Hello, we stayed in your appartment from 11th August to 16th with 2 adults and one 7 years child.The room was in the First Floor, No, C2.I have to say we are almostly satisfied with all the equipments and furniture and of course the reception boy, he is very nice andhelpful.But since the second day we lived here we had lost the heating in the room. We asked the reception boy the reason, he tried a lot, but the heating system just didn't work.That was very cold especially duringthe night and showering.Could you give me a reasonable answer, Thanks .

It has been a lovely place to stay in. The suite was plenty and very clean. It has all the things you can need even microwave and washing machine. It´s only 15 min walk to the centre. The person in charge, Diego, was very kind all the time and he gave us information about the city and the parking near the suite.

They helped us to check in late night around 1.30, everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend everyone to try this hotel.

I went to the Apartment with another 5 women for a Birthday weekend.The Apartments were clean and wellmaintained.We were greeted when we arrived and shown everything we needed to know, then left to enjoy the weekend. Highly recommended.

We hired the apartment for a hen do weekend for the rugby, it's was clean modern and beds were comfortable. We couldn't have asked for better. Location was brilliant for, And not too far from the main bars either. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Good location and nice staff! But the sofa bed didnot have pillow case and sheet.

Stayed in large apartment. Was clean and bedrooms big enough but could have done with two more comfy seats in lounge area. However some in our group sat on breakfast bar stools both evenings working on their laptops! Staff quickly rectified heating problem. Entrance code no problem.

On arrival I was met with a very pleasant gentleman who was very helpful and accommodating. The accommodation is extremely clean and well furnished, the only downside is that the apartment was extremely small for 4 adults. Basically 2 rooms. 1 on the rooms, which was also the living room had a fridge, microwave, sink, toaster and kettle in it. As 2 of our party were sleeping in this room, access to the kettle etc was very limited and on the other hand the only bathroom was in the other bedroom. Location is great, just a shame about the lack of space in the apartment.

Fantastic apartment right in the centre of Edinburgh, just off Haymarket and a 5 minute walk from Princes Street.Really nice apartment with a full kitchen and a double bed (very comfy), with a double bed couch...again comfy.Good value, would highly recommend
